I’ve seen California Baby in some stores I visit and always wondered if it was any good. I never tried it because I thought it was like all the other baby washes, shampoos and conditioners. WELL, boy was I wrong!
One night I was frantically searching for a treatment for issues with my daughter’s skin (in places I won’t mention). Our pediatrician said there was nothing wrong until, such and such happens. The such and such never happened but her rashes were continuing to come back. She also has some issues on her arms with what we think is eczema because my husband has eczema.
I came across some recommendations and they stated to stay away from ‘sodium laureth sulfate’. I had heard that many times before & my Mom actually had to take it out of her hair & body wash. California Baby was HIGHLY recommended for my daughter’s skin issues and some of my son’s.

These products have REALLY improved my son & daughter’s skin tremendously. I really like knowing that the products are all natural and that there are no chemicals.
The Shampoo & Bodywash can be used exactly as that. Which is great because ever since the kids have been born, we’ve used the same product for their hair as their bodies.
What’s more interesting to me is the Hair Conditioner. We’ve not used conditioner before this review on my kids hair because we didn’t feel it was needed. BUT it so is. Their hair has tremendously improved as well. A GREAT quality of the Conditioner is that you can leave it in (instead of rinsing it out) for extra conditioning of your hair…I use it this way.
Once we received the two bottles to review, I personally started to have a HUGE dandruff problem and my scalp itched sooo much. I was even back on my dandruff shampoo/conditioner and it wasn’t working. SO YES! I tried it. I liked it so much, we might have to buy it in bulk….because YOU can! How exciting!
