I’ve been meaning to blog about President’s Day Weekend, so here it is…
My Parents came to visit for the weekend. I had been dying to take them to Fountain Hills every time they have come out, but it never happened until this weekend. YAY!! Because I LOVE it there and can’t get enough of it.
When we knew my parents were coming out, we were trying to decide where to take them – my sis was the one who reminded me of it :O)
Fountain Hills is about a 30 minute drive from where we live in Ahwatukee (South Phoenix) and the way to get there is like your going to Payson up north. We left late in the morning and got there and picked up some lunch and brought it down to the park. Where we ate and played and played. My parents brought a toy bat and ball – what a great idea! The kids loved it. We also met up with some of my sis’s friends. We all had a blast!! Kinda wish we had brought a ball to kick around too!!

I ‘m jealous because you obviously live in a warm climate! Normally I feel badly for people who live without regular snow storms, but this year I feel we’ve had to dig ourselves out one too many times. Anyway, I’m glad you had fun!!!
